We use rurally grown wheat for our
Wheat Packs, harvested right here in Goondiwindi/Queensland.

Every piece is designed, hand-sewn, and packaged with care by the owner, Helen, using 100% Australian Cotton only.

We offer Sewing and Craft Workshops – your chance to gain practical tips and connect with like-minded makers.

Helen’s wheat heat packs are very well made and durable. They heat up very well in the microwave and stay warm for a considerable amount of time. Our favourite heat pack is the wrap around back wheat pack. Every member of our household uses this, whether for back pain or even strapped on the front for period pain. We all love that it moves with you so you can continue to go about the house whilst receiving some relief. We have had ours for quite a few years and it is in great condition.
